We are pleased to announce that Mr. Akio Katsuragi, former President and Representative Director of Lehman Brothers Securities Japan Inc. has joined as an outside director and Mr. Hiroki Oka, who works at the Graduate School of Science, University of Tokyo, has joined as a scientific advisor.
